The Problem with Traditional SEO
Until now, SEO isn’t easy. In fact, its a lot of work:
❌ Export CSV files from GA4 and build pivot tables
❌ Jump between Ahrefs, SEMrush, and 5 other tools
❌ Manually cross-reference search console data
❌ Wait weeks for agency reports
❌ Guess at user intent unless you put in 10-20 hours of real research

Step 1: Data Intelligence with GA4 & GSC MCPs
"Pull my Google Analytics and Search Console data for ghostteam.ai and create an interactive report showing conversion gaps."
→ Claude instantly combines traffic data with search performance
→ Identifies high-traffic, low-conversion keywords automatically
→ Spots pages ranking on page 2 that could jump to page 1
Step 2: Website Intelligence
"Use Firecrawl MCP to scrape [enter website] and create a . md file summarizing what you find."
→ Claude scraped our entire website, understood our positioning, and created a comprehensive summary file so you can then reference it
Step 3: Conversion Gap Analysis
"Based on our GA4 & GSC data and our current website, analyse where we are getting a lot of traffic for particular keywords, but we're not seeing the conversion we'd like."
→ Claude identified key words that have high-traffic but with lower conversion rates than expected
Step 4: Strategic Research
"Based on all these insights, use Perplexity MCP to research programmatic SEO ideas for new content and optimisations"
→ Perplexity identifies frameworks, opportunities, and gaps that we can then build a strategy around
Step 5: Data Validation
"Use DataForSEO MCP to get actual keyword data for the top opportunities”
→ Claude pulled real search volumes, competition scores, and CPC data to validate which opportunities and optimisations are actually worth pursuing
Step 6: Strategy Report & Dashboard
“Create a strategy report which outlines the top priority actions we can take to improve our SEO & AEO and turn it into a dashboard”
→ Claude creates the full strategy, priorities the opportunities and generates a full HTML dashboard so it’s easy to digest and understand
